- 日本語による手続きとなるため、契約者ご自身に日本語での対応をお願いしております。
※通訳の方及び翻訳アプリなどを介しての契約は受け付けておりません。
- ご予約には日本国内のご住所（滞在先等）と通話可能な携帯電話番号が必要となります。
- 店頭決済を選択された場合、お支払いはクレジットカードのみとなります。
- ご利用時にご契約者様の国際運転免許証（原本）とパスポート（原本）が必要となります。
- Since all procedures are in Japanese, you must be able to communicate in Japanese.
Please note that rental agreements made through an interpreter or translation app are not accepted. - A Japanese address (e.g., your hotel) and a local phone number are required for reservations.
- If you choose to make a payment in person, only credit cards are accepted at the counter.
- You must carry your original International Driving Permit (IDP) and passport during your rental (copies are not accepted).
